Maxine Laceby shortlisted for two categories in Best Business Women Awards 2020
Maxine Laceby, Founder and CEO of award-winning supplement brand Absolute Collagen, has been shortlisted for ‘Made in the UK’ and ‘Most Inspiring’, in the Best Business Women Awards 2020.
The Best Business Women Awards are dedicated to celebrating women in the business community and is considered one of the UK’s most prestigious awards.
Maxine Laceby founded Absolute Collagen in 2017 and within 12 months, turned her kitchen table product into an award-winning supplement. She stumbled upon the benefits of collagen at home and after extensive time and research, became an expert in the world of ingestible supplements and collagen – and Absolute Collagen was born. Absolute Collagen contains the highest dose of collagen on the market, in the smallest sachet, at the lowest possible price.
Prior to launching Absolute Collagen, Maxine had been a full-time mum for 25 years. But she didn’t let her lack of business experience stop her and in just two short years, Maxine turned Absolute Collagen into a multi-million-pound business. Since launching Absolute Collagen, Maxine has become an inspiration for female entrepreneurs and women around the world.
Maxine Laceby says, “I am thrilled to have been shortlisted for not one, but two categories in the Best Business Women Awards 2020! The awards are a great opportunity to celebrate female entrepreneurial achievements and are especially important to me, as I pride myself on applying what I have learned from being a woman and a mother to my career. Whatever I do, I feel I do it with thousands of likeminded women alongside me, and that feels truly amazing. I’m really looking forward to the awards evening and celebrating with the other finalists should we be able to meet in person, due to COVID-19.”
The award winners will be announced on the 21st April 2021 at the Radisson Edwardian Blu Heathrow, or if circumstances change due to COVID-19, the final will take place online.
