New housing development in Rugby enters final building stage
Construction is underway on the final plots at Tilia Park as building work nears completion at this new neighbourhood in Rugby.
Ashberry Homes is building 138 new homes at Tilia Park off Coventry Road in Cawston, including a mix of three, four and five-bedroom houses for private sale.
There are now just six plots left for sale with prices starting from £400,000 for a four-bedroom detached home.
Claire Black, Sales Manager for Ashberry Homes East Midlands, said: “The final stage of construction has now started at Tilia Park with all building work expected to be completed by summer next year.
“The rural location of the development has been really popular with a range of buyers seeking a relaxing place to live, close to the Warwickshire countryside and within easy reach of Rugby town centre, as well as with good transport links to Coventry and Birmingham.
“There’s now just a handful of plots remaining for sale, but with a variety of house types available there’s something to offer for everyone, from first-time buyers to growing families.”
Tilia Park is just three miles from Rugby town centre, two miles from both the A45 and M45 and just 10 miles from Coventry. Rugby railway station, meanwhile, has direct trains to Birmingham New Street, Milton Keynes and London Euston.
There are two four-bedroom showhomes available to view at Tilia Park – the Dunham and the Telford.
Claire said: “As there are just six plots left for sale, we advise anyone interested in joining the community at Tilia Park to get in quick and visit the sales centre before all the homes are sold.”
The Ashberry Homes sales centre and showhomes at Tilia Park are open by appointment only.
