Leading Worcestershire business transformation consultancy, Discovery, has been recognised for its unique and customer-centric approach, having been shortlisted for ‘Best Customer Experience’ and ‘Best Service or Product Development’ at the prestigious UK Business Awards.

Established in 1999, Discovery is a pioneering, people-led business transformation consultancy that is committed to transforming workforces into powerful assets by aligning people with strategic business objectives, ultimately delivering sustainable growth and a competitive advantage for its clients.

Known affectionately as The Dons after author and journalist, Don Hale, the UK Business Awards celebrate the long-term, sustainable successes of British businesses from all sectors, with over 30 businesses shortlisted across 14 different categories.

The ‘Best Product or Service Development’ category celebrates the recognition of exceptional business initiatives in the UK, honouring innovation, resilience and success within the business community.

Here, Discovery was shortlisted for its Workforce Diagnostics solution, which helps organisations improve the recruitment process by enabling them to hire candidates based on work experience and evidence of capability in the role.

Delivered through an engaging, five-stage process of self-awareness and positive learning, the tool helps organisations establish a common agreement on language and individual development areas, while driving the right recruitment decisions.

The ‘Best Customer Experience’ category recognises the importance of putting the customer at the centre of business operations, where Discovery has been recognised for its successful work with supplier of fluid power products and solutions, Flowtech Fluidpower.

The awards come at an exciting time for Discovery, having recently celebrated 25 successful years in business with a glitzy black-tie event held at the National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull.

Jonathan Evans, CEO of Discovery, confirmed: “We are thrilled to see our company shortlisted for not one but two prestigious awards. These nominations are a testament to the hard work, dedication and passion of the entire team here at Discovery.

“Being recognised for both our work in supporting sustained business growth and creating long-term organisational change, as well as our Workforce Diagnostics, is such an achievement. We will continue to keep pushing boundaries and deliver excellence to our customers.”

The UK Business Awards are set to take place on 5th December 2024 at Park Plaza Riverbank in London.
