Get Ahead Partners Celebrate Five Years In Business

Basingstoke-based businesswomen Kristy Roff and Suzanne Evett, owners of Get Ahead South, are delighted to be celebrating five successful years in business.

Friends for over sixteen years, Kristy and Suzanne founded their Get Ahead franchise in May 2019 to work flexibly around their families and gain a better work-life balance. After a successful start, they had to navigate the challenges of COVID-19 and homeschooling. But with restrictions eased, they seized the opportunity to accelerate their business growth, expanding into Surrey to create a new Get Ahead South superhub in 2022 and winning the Great British Franchisee Awards in 2023.

Commenting on the milestone, Kristy said: “Becoming partners with Get Ahead was a great decision for us, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it. The freedom it has given us to balance work and family life has been life-changing.

Suzanne and I are living proof that going into business with a friend can be rewarding and highly successful. We are both mums juggling work and family life. But we boldly decided to put life in our own hands by starting our own business. It was a scary step, but we wouldn’t change a thing. There have been tough times for both the business and us personally, but it has all been part of the journey.”

Rebecca Newenham, founder of Get Ahead, said: “I am so proud of all that Kristy and Suzanne have achieved in the last five years. It was an honour to accompany them to the HSBC British Franchise Awards 2023 and see them gain recognition for all their hard work. Kristy and Suzanne have navigated all the challenges of running a business and a family, particularly through a global pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis, with such resilience and professionalism. They are a shining example of how to do franchising well.

Over the past five years, they have grown their own territory and expanded into new territories to accelerate the development of their business. They launched a new monthly networking event in 2023, Get Connected, which proved to be so successful that it has now spread to seven cities across the South East. They have supported their local business community and played a vital role in supporting the Get Ahead franchise network, mentoring new franchisees and transforming our internal processes. They have so much to reflect on and celebrate. I look forward to continuing to support them in the coming years. I’m sure great things are ahead for this brilliant partnership.”

Get Ahead offers a comprehensive range of nationwide marketing and business support services designed to help businesses of all sizes and from all sectors get ahead

Business partners Kristy and Suzanne win major national award for flexible, fast-growth business

Embracing flexible working long before the pandemic made it fashionable has helped human dynamos Kristy Roff and Suzanne Evett win a major business award.

The owners of virtual outsourcing agency Get Ahead in Berkshire, North Hampshire and Surrey have won a Great British Franchisee Award from whichfranchise – the highest honour in the franchising world.

“Kristy and Suzanne are a shining example of how to do franchising well,” says Rebecca Newenham, founder of the Get Ahead network. “Their growth has accelerated over the last two years, and they’ve expanded by taking on a new territory in Surrey, creating a southern super-hub for us.”

Suzanne came from a corporate HR background and saw the attrition of highly-skilled employees who ended up leaving because they couldn’t work flexibly around their families. Kristy spent eight years in radio and 10 years at an IT consultancy but craved a better work-life balance. Having met when their children were young, they realised how much more flexible their lives could be if they worked together as business partners.

“We’re both really passionate about flexible working and how it can benefit businesses as well as individuals,” says Suzanne. “Joining Get Ahead allowed us to grow our own virtual expert team, offering flexible work to other people. And our clients gained access to the skills and professionalism they needed, but on a flexible basis, only paying for the hours they required.”

Delighted at their win, Kristy says life in business has been a rollercoaster ride. “Covid hit us in March 2020. We both had to home-school our children, and we were ineligible for any government assistance, having only recently started our business. But we still managed to welcome new clients on board and deliver a huge online event – the Enterprise Lab’s virtual expo StartUp>ScaleUp Summit. With our team of seven super Zoom facilitators, we delivered the behind-the-scenes operation, coordinating two free days of business learning, 200 exhibitors and 72 speaker sessions.

Business growth accelerated over the last two years, with year-on-year income up 50% in 2022, and we’re expecting to do the same again this year. Our biggest highlight was when Suzanne delivered all the elements of the International Inhalation Asia Conference in Hong Kong. She completed it despite political riots forcing a last-minute venue change and lots of on-the-ground troubleshooting.

Winning this national award puts all our hard work into perspective. It’s so easy to be focused on the day-to-day and not look back on how far we’ve come. Being recognised as a Great British Franchisee just four years into our business is a huge achievement we are both immensely proud of.”

Get Ahead founder Rebecca says their flexible approach to life and work is one of their strengths. “I was impressed with how quickly Kristy & Suzanne put a job-share arrangement in place during the pandemic so they could work as well as prioritise their children,” she says. “In our wider franchise network, Kristy has recently taken on a pastoral coaching role, regularly checking in with new franchisees to see how they’re doing, while Suzanne has transformed the way we manage and recruit for our virtual expert team. She’s set the standard for future virtual experts, designing a process that lets franchisees search for specific skills in seconds and shortlist virtual experts who match client requirements. She’d recognised it as an issue for franchisees, who were finding it difficult to know who could do what as our business grew. But she didn’t just highlight a problem – she took it on board, invested the time and delivered a solution. That, to me, is above and beyond what I would expect of a franchisee.”

The Great British Franchisee Awards are run by whichfranchise, supported by Lloyds Bank, BDO, Worldpay from FIS, AMO Consulting and Chantry Group..

Yorkshire businesswoman secures finalist place in national franchising awards

Fiona Ibbetson of Get Ahead Leeds, York & Harrogate is celebrating being shortlisted in the Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWIF) Awards 2022.

Fiona fought off fierce competition to be one of just four finalists in the Woman Franchisee of the Year category. The Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWIF) awards celebrate the achievements of women across the franchising industry. The Woman Franchisee of the Year award recognises the most successful woman franchisee in 2021.

According to organisers, this year saw a record number of entries, and the standard was the highest in the twelve years of the EWIF Awards. Winners of each of the ten categories will be announced at the in-person EWiF Awards Ceremony on Thursday 30th June 2022, at RBS Building, 280 Bishopsgate, London.

Commenting on her shortlisting, Fiona said: “2021 was a massive year for my business. In June 2021, I took a giant leap towards achieving my vision by completing the purchase of the additional franchise of York and Harrogate. This allowed me to unlock significant growth by taking on new clients and new virtual assistants. I also became an award-winning business, winning the first-ever Great British Franchisee Awards 2021.

As a result, I smashed my financial targets, and I expect to deliver even higher numbers this year. With passion, drive and commitment, I overcame the challenges of COVID19 in 2020 and delivered exceptional results in 2021, creating a bigger, stronger, award-winning business. I am immensely proud of everything I have achieved.”

Rebecca Newenham, founder of Get Ahead said: “I am blown away by what Fiona has accomplished since starting her business just four years ago. To be shortlisted in this category, fighting off competition from other, well-established franchisees that have been in operation for many years, is fantastic. It has been a pleasure to support her on her journey so far. I know she will continue to go from strength to strength as she grows her specialist outsourcing team further and enables even more businesses to get ahead.”

Get Ahead provides virtual marketing and business support services enabling businesses of all sizes and from all sectors to get ahead. Their growing network of regional directors in Berkshire & North Hants, East Midlands, Leeds, Oxford, Suffolk & Essex, Surrey, and Wirral & Cheshire West, York and Harrogate and Australia is expanding both nationally and internationally.

Organisations look to outsourcing again post-pandemic

Access to talent and cost savings key drivers to outsourcing revival

Bristol, UK; 10 May 2022: In a recent survey of 300 IT leaders, over half of business leaders are outsourcing to gain access to talent and save on costs.

The survey, conducted by Amdaris, the Bristol-based software development specialist, found that 64% are adopting a new outsourcing strategy in light of the pandemic. With 63% finding it difficult to find and hire strong talent, access to talent was a strong reason for deciding to outsource (54%). This was followed by the imperative to save on costs (54%), access to knowledge and experience (41%) and project support (33%).

Moreover, 74% of organisations believe that outsourcing can help to improve or adopt better software development practices such as agile delivery and quality auditing.

“With the majority of budgets for IT leaders going on tech and talent, it would seem that post-pandemic outsourcing has come into its own as a solution for the top challenges we face today,” said Vlad Nanu, Co-CEO at Amdaris. “Organisations not only face the major challenge of being able to find tech talent, but also improving its digital skills and development velocity. The best technical skills often lie in markets outside of the UK such as Eastern Europe, well known as a tech hub. Continuing the support for that region is particularly key at this time.”

Amdaris assists global companies through expert outsourcing, which provides a wider talent pool and access to multiple stakeholders. This can help dilute the potential risk of losing talent due to unforeseen circumstances. Furthermore, by having multiple centres across Europe, Amdaris is able to quickly mitigate potential risks and assist employees affected by global events.

To support Ukraine, the company relocated its Ukrainian employees from its Odesa facility to centres in neighbouring countries. Amdaris is also providing ongoing support to staff and their families who have been affected by the war through daily check-ins and pastoral care. Amdaris has pledged to help the wider Ukrainian tech community by providing secure employment to any tech professional being forced to flee the country due to the ongoing conflict.

Get Ahead wins top award at the British Franchise Awards 2021

Virtual outsourcing company, Get Ahead, has taken home the Franchise Balance accolade at the bfa HSBC British Franchise Awards 2021.

2021 marks the 32nd year of the bfa HSBC franchising award, a flagship event for the UK franchising industry. The glittering event took place at The Vox in Birmingham, where the achievements of the UK’s best franchisors and franchisees were celebrated. Get Ahead battled it out against a record number of entries to secure the accolade for its franchisee onboarding programme during COVID-19.

Commenting on the win, Rebecca Newenham, founder and director of Get Ahead, said: “This award win is particularly special, as it comes off the back of what was an extremely challenging year for our franchisees. By setting up our onboarding programme, we wanted to give them a shoulder to lean on during difficult times, giving them an extra level of care and support.

As a franchisor, we always strive to be the best in what we do. I’m incredibly proud of the whole Get Ahead team for this fantastic award win.”

Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchise Association, said: “Onboarding is a crucial part of franchising, so it’s always great to see a business that strives to do all it can to support its franchisees as they begin their journey. This award is a real testament to Get Ahead’s hard work and dedication, especially in the wake of the challenges of the past year and a half. A huge congratulations to the whole Get Ahead team for what is a very well deserved win.”

Andrew Brattesani, Head of Franchising, HSBC, said: “During the last 18 months, many businesses have felt the strain of ongoing pressures, but the franchising model provides businesses with much-needed support when they need it most. Get Ahead’s onboarding programme serves as an excellent example of how franchises can provide additional care during difficult times, so it is no surprise they have taken home this brilliant accolade for all their efforts.”

This latest awards success come on the back of a record-breaking year for Get Ahead. The company scooped a silver award at the Best Business Women Awards, and founder Rebecca was crowned Southern England Business Woman of the Year in the National Business Women’s Awards 2021. Looking ahead to 2022, Get Ahead has already been shortlisted in the Virtual Franchising Awards 2022 in the  Franchisor of the Year and Marketing Excellence categories and has been awarded ‘SME News Best Virtual Admin Support Firm 2022’ for the second year running.

Gold for Get Ahead as Rebecca Newenham scoops Southern England Business Woman of the Year

Rebecca Newenham, founder and director of award-winning virtual outsourcing agency Get Ahead, was delighted to be crowned Southern England Business Woman of the Year at the National Business Women’s Awards 2021.

The awards event, which took place in the shadow of the iconic Wembley Stadium at the Hilton London Wembley, saw the most successful business women across the UK crowned the ‘Best of British’. The awards were made up of 21 categories with all entries judged by a national panel of judges. Shortlisted as a finalist, Rebecca attended the event with Joanne McGowan, Get Ahead Regional Director for Surrey, Louise Young, Get Ahead Regional Director for West London and Vicky McKenna, Get Ahead Regional Director for Oxfordshire.

“The National Business Women’s Awards 2021 has shown the very best of Britain when it comes to women in our workplaces,” said Awards Director Damian Cummins. “The calibre of finalists in 2021 was higher than ever before and after a challenging year for business as a nation we can celebrate those women who are literally driving UK plc forward.”

Commenting on her win, Rebecca said, “I am so proud to have won this national award. Thanks must go to my amazing Get Ahead team for making my dream possible. It was a privilege to share the celebrations with some of my regional directors. To be recognised for work that I love is simply a bonus. Congratulations to all the winners and everyone shortlisted. It was a joy to be surrounded by so many amazing business women who are making such a difference in the UK.”

Despite the huge impact of COVID, it has been a milestone few years for Rebecca and Get Ahead. The business has welcomed a record number of new franchisees, including its first international franchisee in Sydney. Rebecca published her first business book ‘Virtually Yours’ and has been shortlisted in several business awards, including the HSBC British Franchise Awards 2021.

“I am really excited about 2022 and continuing to expand Get Ahead both nationally and internationally. With regional directors in Berkshire & North Hants, East Midlands, Leeds, Oxford, Suffolk & Essex, Surrey, West London, Wirral & Cheshire West, York and Harrogate, we are well equipped to provide effective outsourced services to businesses across the UK and beyond.” Rebecca concluded.

Global expansion as Get Ahead welcomes first international franchisee in Australia

Virtual outsourcing agency Get Ahead is delighted to welcome its first international franchisee. Taryn Wynne will be running the Get Ahead Australia & New Zealand headquarters from her Sydney base.

Taryn has over 25 years of experience in a variety of business sectors. She is a qualified cost and management accountant with experience in several industries including consumer products, IT services, agriculture, hospitality and family businesses. Most recently, she was a Head of Finance and Shared Services in the Construction industry, before taking the leap to start her own business.

“I was introduced to Rebecca Newenham at Get Ahead by a mutual friend,” Taryn says. “I had already recognised the need to help small businesses in Australia and began working on how I could use my business expertise to make a difference. I appreciate how there are just not enough hours in the day for all the “noise” that goes with owning a business. I am also amazed daily by the people I meet who have the most fantastic skills but who don’t have a channel to use them as they don’t want a big corporate job. I aimed to join those two forces together and after speaking with Rebecca I realised that Get Ahead aligned exactly with that. Partnering with Get Ahead enabled me to benefit from an already established brand and launch into my home territory of Australia & New Zealand.”

Despite being on other sides of the world, Rebecca and Taryn soon realised that they have much in common. Both are passionate about supporting small businesses and empowering skilled freelancers to access flexible work. Rebecca says, “It’s been a pleasure welcoming new UK franchisees over the past few years, but I was aware that there were global opportunities for our business too. When a friend introduced me to Taryn, it felt like a great fit. I know our business is in safe hands with Taryn running our Australian Head Office. We are now actively looking for new franchisees to run different territories across Australia and New Zealand, as well as talented virtual experts to join her team.”

“Virtual assistants were already a well-known concept in Australia, even before Covid-19,” Taryn adds. “Many businesses are well aware of the value of outsourcing. Though there are also still people trying to do everything themselves as they think outsourcing is too expensive. I have been busy networking on and off-line to raise awareness of Get Ahead and the seamless service we can offer local businesses, as well as building my local team. I am committed to keeping our team of virtual experts local and not using offshore VAs. There are so many talented people right here in Australia. My role is to connect them with the right clients so that they can both achieve success.”

2021 is shaping up to be a milestone year for Get Ahead. Alongside welcoming the first international franchisee, the business has welcomed new franchisees in England and been shortlisted in several national awards, including the HSBC British Franchise Awards 2021. Rebecca concludes, “I continue to be amazed by the tenacity and enthusiasm of my franchisees and I thoroughly enjoy mentoring them all. With regional directors in Berkshire & North Hants, East Midlands, Leeds, Oxford, Suffolk & Essex, Surrey, West London, Wirral & Cheshire West, York and Harrogate, we are well equipped to provide effective outsourced services to businesses across the UK. I am excited about this first step of our global journey and looking forward to supporting Taryn as she develops Get Ahead in Australia & New Zealand over the next few months.”

Post pandemic pivot: Four franchisees celebrate the first anniversaries of their new careers as Get Ahead regional directors

The COVID-19 pandemic and associated lockdowns put millions of people on furlough. Whilst some returned to work, others faced uncertainty and the prospect of redundancy. Yet in the face of this economic crisis, a study by UHY, the international accountancy network, showed that there were 726,000 new businesses created in the UK in 2020 compared to just over 636,000 in 2019. Why? Because thousands of people, like Sarah Yandell, Sophie Birley-Brown, Emma Barratt and Louise Young took the opportunity to change their career paths and start their own businesses.

Sarah Yandell was put on furlough from her general manager role in a travel business and knew it was time to look for something new. After many years of commuting and managing business teams, she wanted to work flexibly and from home, yet still feel part of something. After weeks of searching, Sarah discovered Get Ahead and launched her Suffolk/Essex area in July 2020.

“A year on, and I absolutely know that buying my Get Ahead franchise was the right decision for me,” says Sarah. “The support from Rebecca and our wonderful team has been fantastic. Running my own business has definitely been a bigger learning curve than I realised. But I have learnt what to prioritise and how important it is to take time to build relationships with my most valuable contacts. Ongoing restrictions have made networking more difficult, but I am looking forward to getting to more face-to-face events over the next 12 months, delivering presentations and building partnerships with referral partners.”

Sophie Birley-Brown was put on furlough and subsequently made redundant from her recruitment company role in July 2020. “It was a worrying time,” Sophie says, “but I also knew that it could be a good opportunity to find something new. Once I discovered Get Ahead, it felt like a perfect fit. Sophie launched her Wirral & Cheshire West franchise in September 2020.

“There have been some fantastic highlights from the last 12 months. I have hosted my own FSB networking group. I signed up four new clients all from one client who was praising our services in her networking group. I’m also starting work with a national charity, who want to outsource all business and marketing support tasks to us on an ongoing basis, which is very exciting. Along the way, I have realised how important it is to maintain a healthy work/life balance. I now build time into my calendar to take time out for myself, so that I can really give my best for my business.”

Emma Barratt had always wanted to run her own business. But going it alone felt like recreating the wheel. During the pandemic, Emma had time to research franchising options, as she knew franchising would offer a tried-and-tested business model. She came across Get Ahead online and launched her East Midlands region in September 2020.

“Some people may think I was crazy to start a new business in the middle of the pandemic, but I have been pleasantly surprised,” Emma says. “I have really enjoyed getting to know so many different business owners and SMEs. Because of the wide variety of support services we offer at Get Ahead, no one day is the same. I love being able to say yes to helping make a business owner’s life easier, in almost any way they need it, from enquiry and diary management to a full social media marketing strategy, plus everything in between. With in-person business events returning, I am looking forward to exhibiting at local expos, meeting lots of new people and promoting Get Ahead East Midlands.”

Ealing-based Louise was made redundant from her Marketing Director role during COVID-19 and was delighted when she discovered Get Ahead on LinkedIn. She immediately saw the benefits of virtual assistant services for businesses facing the challenges of coronavirus and felt that the time was right to join a virtual agency like Get Ahead. She launched her West London franchise in November 2020.

“12 months down the line I feel confident that my business has a bright future ahead,” Louise says. “I have received some amazing feedback from clients who have genuinely seen the benefit of using a member of the Get Ahead team to support their business. At the same time, I now have space in my week to be able to spend time doing things that I love, regaining a work-life balance that’s often so hard to achieve.

Launching my business four days before a new lockdown wasn’t ideal, but this ended up being positive as it gave me time to get all the basics in place so that I was fully up and running in time for the gradual return to normality we’ve seen this year. I can’t wait to visit lots of local business expos over the first quarter of 2022 to kick-start the new year and drive my business forward.”

Despite the impact of the pandemic, Get Ahead welcomed a record number of new franchisees in 2020. Get Ahead founder and director Rebecca Newenham says, “2020 was a pivotal year for many people. I was privileged to meet Sarah, Sophie, Emma and Louise and help them find a new career path that would enable them to achieve their dreams of running their own business and take control of their own futures.

We have already opened up a further three new regions in 2021 in York and Harrogate, Oxford and our first international franchisee in Sydney, Australia. Alongside our existing regional directors in Berkshire & North Hants, East Midlands, Surrey, Leeds, Suffolk & Essex, West London, and Wirral & Cheshire West, we are well equipped to provide effective outsourced services to businesses across the UK.”

Get Ahead celebrates triple awards recognition in three national business awards

Virtual outsourcing agency Get Ahead is delighted to be shortlisted in no less than six categories for three different national business awards, focused on women in business and franchising.

Rebecca Newenham, founder and director of Get Ahead, has been selected as a finalist in the Best Business Women Awards 2021 for Most Inspiring Businesswoman and Best Business Woman in Business Services. Rebecca has also been shortlisted in the National Business Women’s Awards 2021, for Business Owner of the Year and Southern England Business Woman of the Year.

After a corporate buying career for retail giants Superdrug and Sainsburys, Rebecca founded Get Ahead in 2010. Since then, her team has grown to over 50 virtual assistants and franchisees, providing flexible, effective marketing and business support services to clients across the UK. The business has previously been crowned Flexible Business of the Year and Rebecca herself has been recognised as a leading female entrepreneur.

Despite the pandemic, 2020 was a pivotal year for Get Ahead. Rebecca published her first book ‘Virtually Yours’, and the business welcomed a record number of new franchisees.

Debbie Gilbert, organiser of the Best Business Women Awards awards said: “The entries were judged by a panel of business experts who had a tough job reading hundreds of entries. To be a finalist in this competition is a major achievement and a mark of quality. All our finalists are all shining examples of being successful entrepreneurs who have proved their success to our judges.” The Gold Winners of each category will be announced The Best Business Women Awards Gala Final at the Hilton Wembley on 15th October. The winners of the National Business Women’s Awards 2021 awards will also be crowned in Wembley, at their Grand Awards Celebration on Friday 19th November 2021.

Get Ahead has also been shortlisted in two categories of the bfa HSBC British Franchise Awards 2021. These prestigious industry awards are designed to recognise the diamond standard in franchising, acknowledging brands that have gone above and beyond to build a franchise community based on strong ethics and business success.

Get Ahead has been selected as a finalist for the Franchise Balance Award and Fiona Ibbetson, Get Ahead Leeds, York & Harrogate, is a finalist in the Lifestyle Franchisee Award.

“The standard of this years’ applicants has been outstanding. We have seen incredible displays of commitment, dedication and passion across a multitude of sectors throughout the franchise industry.” says bfa CEO, Pip Wilkins.

The awards received a record number of entries this year, making the competition for finalist places even more fierce. The winners will be announced at the Vox, Birmingham, on November 30.

Rebecca Newenham says: “I am beyond delighted to be shortlisted in these national business awards. Between them, they recognise my dream of creating a flexible business that would allow highly talented individuals, particularly parents, to balance both work and family life.

I want to thank all of my team for helping to get Get Ahead recognised in these awards, as well as congratulate Fiona on her finalist place. Fiona has had a fantastic first 3 years in business and I am so pleased to see her hard work recognised in this way.”

Rebecca, Fiona and the entire Get Ahead team will be keeping their fingers crossed for the next few months as the winners of all three awards are announced. “Just to make the shortlist of each category is such an achievement,” Rebecca concluded. “I wish every one of the finalists the best of luck and I am looking forward to celebrating everyone’s achievements at the awards ceremonies.”

Get Ahead welcomes new regional director for Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire

Award-winning virtual outsourcing agency Get Ahead is delighted to welcome new regional director, Vicky McKenna, to their growing team. Vicky will be helping businesses across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire to get ahead.

After graduating with a degree in Business Studies, Vicky went on to enjoy a successful career in commercial buying, working for many well-known brands including Dixons, GAME, Ryman and H Samuel.

Vicky said: “My dad ran a retail company and my mum had five hairdressing salons, so we always had a business family. I worked in the holidays in my dad’s business and grew up knowing that I always wanted to go into business. I really enjoyed my commercial buying career and worked on some fantastic projects for inspiring mentors like Theo Paphitis. He was great at spotting opportunities and whilst working for him I learnt a lot about consolidating businesses and bringing teams together.

I travelled the world but after 25 years I felt ready for a new challenge. I decided to attend The Flexpo business exhibition, as I was keen to find a flexible working option that would allow me to spend more time with my son. That’s where I met Rebecca Newenham, founder of Get Ahead, at Flexpo and everything started to fall into place. Thinking about my experience in retail, buying, product development, product marketing, as well as managing teams of people with different skills, joining Get Ahead as a regional director felt like the right next step. I love trying new things and am not scared to just do it. Feel the fear and do it anyway is definitely my motto.”

Over the next few months, Vicky is looking forward to meeting lots of new businesses at networking events in her local area of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Vicky added, “I have always been a troubleshooter. I love to solve problems and to help. I know there are many small businesses and entrepreneurs who are brilliant at what they do but don’t have time to concentrate on running their business, manage day-to-day tasks and make time for family and friends outside of work. The Get Ahead team can help support them to achieve their goals and spend more time on what they want to do, not what they feel they have to do. I have already been impressed with the great energy the Get Ahead team has and wide range of hugely talented marketing and business support experts they have in their team.”

Rebecca Newenham added: “When I first met Vicky at Flexpo I could see that she could be a great fit for our team. We both started our careers in corporate buying in Sainsburys, and share a passion for branding and retail. We were also both inspired into a career in business after growing up with successfully self-employed mothers. I know she has the passion and drive to make Get Ahead a success in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire and I am looking forward to mentoring her over the coming months.

We have already opened up three new regions this year with York and Harrogate, Manchester and Oxford and I am excited that our first international director in Sydney, Australia will be launching soon. With our existing regional directors in Berkshire & North Hants, East Midlands, Surrey, Leeds, Suffolk & Essex, West London, and Wirral & Cheshire West, we are well equipped to provide effective outsourced services to businesses across the UK.”
