All 88 homes have now sold at a popular Bellway development near Gloucester.

The site is Lassington Reach, a development of three, four and five-bedroom homes in the Gloucestershire village of Highnam.

Carly Maidment, sales manager for Bellway Wales said:

“We are really pleased that so many buyers have found their dream home at Lassington Reach.

“The demand locally for new houses was clearly there – it’s an attractive development in a fine Gloucestershire village surrounded by countryside and yet just three miles from Gloucester.

“And Bellway is still a five-star builder, meaning more than 90 per cent of buyers would recommend us to a friend.

“But buyers who missed out at Lassington Reach need not despair. We have two new sites nearby which are set to launch later in the year, so we will continue to meet the high demand for homes in the county.”

As part of the planning agreement for the development, Bellway invested more than £270,000 in local services.

Of this, £180,000 went towards local sports facilities, £50,000 towards play equipment at Highnam Recreational Park and £40,000 towards Highnam Surgery. There were also donations towards local recycling and dog waste bins.

Building work is currently on hold at Bellway’s Pirton Fields in Churchdown and Millbrook Grove in Brockworth and will recommence later in the year.

Prices for the homes at these two developments are yet to be confirmed. For more information, visit bellway.co.uk.
