Infuse technology strengthen their leading tech team as technician is awarded international accreditation

Midlands-based IT support provider Infuse Technology (Infuse) are proud to announce helpdesk technician Arjan Lehal, who joined the firm as an apprentice in 2016, has achieved The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) Server+ certification, and internationally recognised accreditation in the tech field.

The certification is for IT professionals whose work revolves primarily around supporting end-users and PC-based systems. The globally recognised, vendor neutral certification ensures tech professionals have the skills to work across a plethora of on-premise servers, data centres, and cloud environments.

Paul Howard, Managing Director of Infuse commented, “We are thrilled that Arjan has become CompTIA Server+ certified, and his accreditation is very much deserved, particularly given the pressures of the last year. Arjan joined us as an apprentice, and it’s been great to support his professional growth over the last 5 years watching him grow in confidence and expertise.”

“At Infuse, our team are our most valuable asset. We champion an environment whereby our team have the opportunity to continually develop their professional skill set in order to provide our clients with the latest solutions to optimise operations and streamline processes – whether that be for our customers who are still requiring support for on-site servers, or clients who need cloud support and advice.”

“2020 was a challenging year for many businesses and the pandemic proved how crucial technology was to business continuity and survival. As we continue to invest in-to our team’s expertise and skillsets to ensure they have the correct skills to support our clients, we aim to use technology to help our clients further accelerate their success in a digital era.”

Infuse have gone from strength to strength in the last year including welcoming 6 new starters during the year spent working from home. The company also celebrated seeing a 15% increase in clients and achieved a 98% customer satisfaction rating after supporting their clients remotely during the pandemic.
