All the homes at Bellway’s Pelham Place development in Hailsham have now been sold.
The housebuilder has delivered a total of 161 homes at the development, which is part of the landmark 480-home Hellingly Green scheme that is creating a new community on the northern edge of the town.
Construction at the site is nearing completion and residents will be moving into the final homes in the coming weeks.
Mark Harrop, Sales Director at Bellway Kent, said: “The second phase at Pelham Place sold out in just six months – highlighting just how popular this development has been with buyers.
“The new homes have attracted a range of purchasers, including first-time-buyers, families, upsizers and downsizers, which is helping to create a vibrant community at Pelham Place.
“Since starting work at the development, we have delivered around a third of the new homes being provided at Hellingly Green, and we are proud to have played such a significant role in creating this landmark new neighbourhood.”
Pelham Place is a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, including 58 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.
Mark said: “Pelham Place was one of the first Bellway developments in Sussex to include house types from the Artisan Collection – our flagship range of new homes built in a contemporary style.
“Although all the homes have now sold at Pelham Place, there will be another opportunity for buyers to find a new home with Bellway in East Sussex. We have now started construction work at our Seaford Grange development in Seaford, where the first properties are due to be released for sale this summer.”
Seaford Grange is a development of 183 homes which will feature a range of one and two-bedroom apartments, and two, three and four-bedroom houses. Prices are yet to be confirmed.
