TMW Unlimited appoints Emma Norman and Karen Morris to senior leadership roles

Emma Norman has been promoted to Chief Client Officer and Karen Morris to Client Services Director. In Norman’s new role, she will oversee and enhance client relationships across the agency’s three locations London, Reading and Bristol, with a roster of clients including Vodafone, BMW, Sony, Ferrero, Diet Coke, Microsoft and Toyota.

Morris will succeed Norman as Client Services Director and brings with her a wealth of experience across a range of sectors and markets, including FMCG, luxury, tech, tourism and financial services.

Norman has been at TMW Unlimited for almost 12 years, working across brands such as Unilever, Ferrero, Diageo, Sainsbury’s and Sony before being appointed Client Services Director in 2016. As Client Services Director, she has been instrumental in continuing to grow the agency, despite an exceptionally tough business environment. She will be leading the charge in both bolstering existing clients’ relationships and cultivating new ones. As well as playing a critical role in expanding the agency’s FMCG and brand portfolio, she played a key role in the recent ‘Give yourself a Diet Coke break’ campaign, produced in the height of lockdown.

In her three years as a Business Director at TMW Unlimited, Karen Morris has been the business lead for clients such as YesAuto, Freesat and London & Partners. Most recently, she headed up the team responsible for Let’s Do London, London’s biggest ever domestic tourism campaign.

TMW Unlimited, is part of Unlimited, a fully integrated agency group with human understanding at its heart.

Chris Mellish CEO TMW Unlimited said: “These are incredibly well-deserved promotions for both Emma and Karen. Both play a huge part in the agency’s culture, drive and success and we’re incredibly lucky to have two such talented women at the helm. It’s exciting times for us at TMW UNLIMITED as we continue to grow and create ideas that move people.”

Commenting on the promotion, Emma added: “I couldn’t be more excited about working with the client services team across our London, Bristol and Reading offices in my new role. We have incredible talent across the agency, but this feels like a great moment to highlight the incredibly rich seam of female talent emerging across the business – in creative, in strategy, heading up  some of our specialist teams and, I am proud to say, across client services. Anyone who works with me knows I am a vocal advocate for equality and diversity, and this feels like an exciting year ahead for the agency, and everyone in it.”

On her own promotion, Karen commented: “It’s a really exciting moment at the agency right now – lots of new briefs landing, and some amazing new client partnerships forming too. From a personal perspective, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to head up a fantastic team in London, producing really standout work at the moment. Emma and I will continue to work hand-in-hand as we face into what feels like a great year ahead.”
