A Midlands-based automotive technology company is expanding its team by 20 people over the next 12 months.

Digital INNK is growing following the launch of its AI-powered fleet services platform, ViSN. It has seen fleet companies and mobility providers adopt the technology to become more efficient and save money.

The new jobs will span web developers, sales, and customer service roles. Recruits can work flexibly from home or the company’s offices in Sutton Coldfield.

Commenting on the expansion, Angela Montacute, CEO of Digital INNK, said: “We are pleased with the reaction from the automotive industry to our technology. We set out to solve some of the problems that fleet operators face, and it’s an approach that is driving our rapid growth.

“We have accelerated our recruitment plans to help bring new modules to market that will help companies become greener and more efficient while helping motorists meet their services requirements at the push of a button.”

ViSN provides a single platform to manage fleet operations for fleet companies of all sizes. It is designed using the latest cloud and AI technology.

Recently, the company launched a new compliance tool that allows fleets to undertake essential compliance checks in minutes. It is the first time drivers have a single app to manage driver compliance checks, book a service or tyres, manage a breakdown or undertake a vehicle health inspection.

Digital INNK recently secured a seven-figure investment to support the roll-out of its ViSN platform that connects drivers, fleets and third-party suppliers.
