Thomas’ appointment marks the final hire in a restructure for growth as Totalmobile realigns its business strategy to reflect core markets
Totalmobile, a leading Field Service Management Software (FSM) company, has introduced Rhys Thomas as Chief Revenue Officer. Thomas brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, working with companies such as PTC and CSI, as well as his most recent role as Area Vice President for Northern Europe at BMC Software.
In his new role as Chief Revenue Officer, Thomas will oversee Totalmobile’s sales, marketing, and channel operations. His focus will be on implementing and developing a company culture focused on engagement excellence at every step of the customer lifecycle.
Reporting directly to CEO Jim Darragh, Thomas will play a key role in Totalmobile’s new business strategy, which has already seen the appointment of a new Chief Operating Officer, Head of Sales, and four new sector-aligned Managing Directors. Thomas’ appointment marks the final step in this reshuffle, signalling 2022 as a new era for Totalmobile. The purpose of this new strategy is to provide more specialised and vertically-differentiated products and services, ultimately creating a greater customer experience and delivering more value to every end user.
Discussing his new position, Thomas said: “This is an incredibly exciting time to join Totalmobile. Since the end of 2021, Totalmobile has focused a huge amount of time and energy on realigning its business strategy to reflect the core markets in which it operates.
