Make an ice lolly that not only cools you on a summer’s day but packs a punch in flavour thanks to a generous dash of Aber Falls Single Malt Welsh Whiskey. Perfect for those who love an Old Fashioned with a twist, try creating this simple but tasty recipe.
- 45 g fresh, ripe strawberries
- 140 g dark organic cane sugar
- 150 ml water
- 90ml Aber Falls Single Malt Welsh Whisky
- 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters (or more to taste)
The recipe will make approximately 10 ice lollies.

Found growing in a distinctive purple blanket along the Menai Strait, the flavour of violet brings back memories of your favourite childhood sweets, with a unique floral taste and aroma to wake the senses.
The nostalgic liqueur has an ABV of 20.8% and provides a light, delicate taste, sweet violet notes and a perfumed finish to contrast the palate.
The indulgent dessert: Salted Toffee Liqueur
In collaboration with Halen Môn PDO, we have developed a liqueur which combines a rich, smooth toffee flavour with the clean, intense notes of Anglesey Sea Salt.
The liqueur has an ABV of 20.8% and is the tasty liquid dessert for your picnic.
Post-picnic treat: Coffee & Dark Chocolate Liqueur
Inspired by the popular Espresso Martini, this liqueur perfectly balances the roasted, aromatic coffee flavour with the bitter-sweet hints of dark chocolate.
