SOTI Snap and SOTI XSight Now Zebra Solution Validated
SOTI, the IoT device management expert, has seen two of its products – SOTI Snap and SOTI XSight– become Zebra validated, in addition to SOTI MobiControl which already received the validation.
SOTI Snap is the rapid app development solution that allows organisations to build mobile apps quickly and cost-effectively without any prior knowledge of coding. SOTI XSight is the advanced diagnostic intelligence solution designed to minimise device downtime and maximise return on investment (ROI). Both products are part of SOTI’s integrated solution, the SOTI ONE Platform.
SOTI Snap and SOTI XSight were tested on a variety of Zebra mobile computers and tablet computers in over 20 technical categories, including Wi-Fi reliability and stability.
Zebra also tested SOTI Snap and SOTI XSight in a “day in the life” scenario to reflect normal activities end users would perform when using them. With SOTI Snap, users can easily enroll a Zebra device and install SOTI Snap onto it. Users can launch the app and use features like radio buttons to select options or use camera capture and barcode scanning to capture data.
For SOTI XSight, “day in the life” testing involved logging in and navigating to various screens such as Operational Intelligence, the Battery Dashboard and the Cellular Coverage Dashboard. The incident management capabilities of SOTI XSight – such as remote controlling and interacting with Zebra devices remotely – were also tested to ensure help desk agents could quickly access and troubleshoot any issues end users would experience.
What Zebra Validation Means

With this validation, users can be confident that with SOTI Snap, the apps they build for their Zebra devices will perform at an optimum level at all times.
