Agria Petinsure has today launched in Ireland, replacing the Petinsure brand, which was taken over in connection with Agria’s acquisition of

Capstone last year. Agria also takes over the role of insurer.

Agnes Fabricius, CEO of Agria, believes that its low insurance rate will allow more pet owners in Ireland to insure their cats and dogs, therefore increasing the welfare and health of animals in the country. She commented:

“It’s just the beginning of our journey of strengthening the offering to Irish pet owners. The low insurance rate gives room for growth and increased animal health, while we need to increase awareness of the benefits of insuring your pet.”,

In February 2022, Agria acquired the Irish company Capstone Financial Services Limited, which offered pet insurance under the Petinsure brand. Now Petinsure will operate under the Agria Petinsure name, with Agria assuming the role of insurer from Arch Insurance.

New Managing Director in Ireland

Agria thus operates in the four Nordic countries as well as Germany, France, the Netherlands, the UK and Ireland.
