CSI Group Announces Change of Ownership
13th October 2023, the CSI Group (www.csiltd.co.uk) has today announced it has completed a change of ownership that will see Permira Credit as the major shareholder of the Company.
The Company has made significant progress in transforming and modernising the business over the last several years to continue to meet the needs of our clients in the fast-moving digital transformation era that we live in.
The new ownership of the Company will allow CSI to continue investing and evolving as the world gradually recovers from the pandemic and navigates an uncertain economic climate. In addition, we are announcing that Simon Fisk will be stepping down as Group CEO. Alan Watkins will resume the role of Executive Chairman with Kevin Lewis returning as Group Chief Financial Officer.
