WSO2 announces two new women Directors to Board 

Tami Reller and Nina Hargus have recently been appointed to WSO2’s Board of Directors. These seasoned executives bring decades of leadership in digital strategy, finance and marketing to support WSO2’s global growth.

Tami Reller brings a wealth of experience in financial, digital, and marketing leadership. She has held executive positions at Great Plains Software, Microsoft, and UnitedHealth Group, where she served in key roles including CFO, CMO and, Chief Digital Officer. Most recently, she was the CEO of Duly Health and Care, the largest independent physician group in the United States.

Nina Hargus, who previously served on WSO2’s board from July 2023 to May 2024 during the company’s transition under EQT ownership, has rejoined the board to continue her contributions to WSO2’s brand and business strategy. Nina has an extensive track record in driving company growth and transformation. She has held CMO roles at EMC, Virtustream, and VCE as well a senior executive role at Dell Technologies structuring and leading Global Field and Partner Marketing, a pivotal organisation in the Dell Technologies and EMC merger and global expansion.

WSO2 Launches Ambassador Programme to Empower Tech Advocates   

A new initiative by WSO2 recognises top community contributors worldwide and fosters the next generation of open-source leaders. This global initiative celebrates and supports the voices that are developers and architects within the technology community.

WSO2’s commitment to open source goes beyond code, it’s about people. This programme is designed to recognise individuals who actively share knowledge, inspire innovation, and contribute to the growth of the open-source ecosystem by offering mentorship, visibility, and support for their continued growth.

The programme is open to developers, architects, and technical leaders with experience using WSO2 technology and a passion for empowering others through content, events, and code. Ambassadors can contribute at their own pace, with flexible engagement levels.

WSO2 Achieves High Customer Satisfaction Ratings in NPS H2 2024 

WSO2’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) reached a solid 60, and WSO2 achieved an all-time high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.41 (out of 5). The survey figures reflect WSO2’s customer-centric approach towards innovating its products and services.

Customer satisfaction is at the core of WSO2’s commitment to delivering seamless and efficient solutions to organisations. The company has launched a real-time feedback feature within its support portal to ensure a frictionless customer experience, enabling these organisations to share feedback instantly and address issues proactively.

This survey garnered 390 responses from 262 customers. Among the customers who participated in the survey, 66.15% were promoters, 27.69% were passives, and 6.15% were detractors. “We received 131 responses containing valuable feedback, which we are carefully reviewing and analysing. These insights will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and further enhancing our offerings”, states Dinusha Dilrukshi, Software Architect and Director of Customer Success at WSO2. “We’re excited to build on this momentum and continue delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences”.
