New ladies fitness class ‘Ridettes’ starts at Cefn Athletic Club
This week Cefn Athletic Club started a new, free, weekly fitness class for ladies at Cae Gof playing fields.
Every Monday at 6pm, the women only sessions are fun focused, open to women of all fitness levels, with no weekly payments.
It could get a little messy so no posh kit needed just some old trainers or boots!
