“THESE APPOINTMENTS WILL HELP TAKE US TO THE NEXT STEP”

An award winning entrepreneur is expanding her team as part of an “exciting new phase” in the development of her business.

Daniella Genas, whose company supports growing businesses, has made  appointments in two key roles.

Foluke Famous joins as a Client and Partnership Coordinator. Foluke will be providing support to existing and new Be the Boss International clients and she is also helping to manage Ms Genas’ internal Founders Network.

She will also be supporting Ms Genas, to identify and engage new partners for the business and for the e-learning platform which will form a significant part of the business’ growth goals.

Neo Ramathibela has been appointed Business Process Management Assistant.

Neo met Ms Genas when she was doing a guest expert session at Aston University where he is studying for a postgraduate degree.

He reached out, and offered his assistance and has been invaluable in supporting the Founder. He has extensive experience and will be pivotal in the expansion of this area of the business through the Build MY Business offering (details of this service can be found on the website).

Ms Genas said: “These are exciting new appointments and I am delighted to welcome Foluke and Neo to Be The Boss. Both are already adding significant value and this is part of an exciting new phase in the development of our business. They will help take us to the next step.
“The business is moving from a mainly one to one offering, to more of a one to many service. This includes the launch of a range of digital products, a bespoke e learning platform with the VISSA Business Growth programme being the flagship course for business owners.

“Over the next twelve months, there will also be the launch of the Boss Builder programme which will support business owners/entrepreneurs to be trained in the VISSA framework so that they are able to support other business owners/entrepreneurs to achieve growth.”
