Beyond Maternity Leave: The Companies Championing Postpartum Care for Staff
At a time when companies are increasingly recognising the importance of supporting employees through every life stage, Hertility, a pioneering women’s health company, and Lansons, a communications and reputation management consultancy have taken significant steps towards enhancing the well-being of their workforce. Both businesses have introduced Postpartum Plan as an employee benefit, offering comprehensive support to new parents during the critical postpartum period and beyond.
Recognising the challenges and complexities that new parents face both emotionally and physically, Hertility has sought to extend its support for employees beyond just pregnancy.
