Favouritetable wins ‘Restaurant Booking Platform of the Year’ Award

Favouritetable, the leading UK-based restaurant management and booking software company, has been honoured with the prestigious title of ‘Restaurant Booking Platform of the Year’ at the London and South East Corporate Livewire ‘Innovation and Excellence Prestige Awards 2024/25.’

The accolade highlights Favouritetable’s commitment to delivering fair-price premium restaurant management software to the UK’s quality restaurants, pubs, cafes and bars, helping them  to thrive in an increasingly competitive industry.

Founded in 2010 by CEO Jaipal Yadav, Favouritetable emerged from a simple conversation over a meal that led to a big idea. Disturbed by the exorbitant cost of a restaurant’s do-little booking system, Jaipal, a passionate technology developer, set out to create a better solution at a fair price

The result was Favouritetable, a suite of web-based tools designed to streamline restaurant operations from online bookings and capacity management to payment processing and table planning.

Jaipal comments: “We are thrilled to have won the ‘Restaurant Booking Platform of the Year’ Award.

“Over the years, Favouritetable has grown significantly and we now serve hundreds of quality-driven hospitality venues across the UK. I’d attribute this success to us having developed a product and a corporate culture which completely resonate within the market.

“While others charge a fortune and provide low-end software, Favouritetable has become the go-to tech partner for restaurateurs seeking amazing functionality and a truly customer-centric experience at a great price.

“When restaurateurs deal with Favouritetable, they are met with a deep understanding of the sector, with many of our team members having first-hand experience working in the restaurant industry. This insight, in combination with a commitment to continuous improvement, enables Favouritetable to stay ahead of technological trends and meet the evolving needs of our clients.”

Recognising the changing software buying habits of contemporary restaurants, the software’s recent introduction of  eSign-Up means customers can choose between a traditional consultative sign-up with a demo, or simply click & buy online with the software delivered – fully configured and operational – immediately.

The London and South East Prestige Awards 2024/25 recognised Favouritetable for both its innovative solutions and ethical business practices and dedication to sustainable growth.

Commenting on the award, Andrew White, a judge from the Prestige Awards, added: “We were very impressed by Favouritetable’s ability to consistently deliver high-quality services while staying attuned to the needs of their customers.

“They have demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, making them a deserving winner.”
