Kent firm Big Motoring World appears in Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250

The Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 league table focuses on the biggest sales, recognising companies that have reported a total sales revenue of between 120 and 700 million pound sales revenue, up to one hundred million pound profit and an employee headcount of between 50 and 500 people. Big Motoring World has made its name as a leading independent specialist of Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen and BMW used cars. From their humble beginnings trading from the CEO’s driveway, they have spent the past 30 years of delivering quality pre-owned cars to the nation. During this time they have picked up some prestigious industry awards along the way including the impressive title of ‘Motor Trader Top 10 Independent Dealership’.

After an exciting 2018 investing in the development of locations which included the opening of the state of the art Blue Bell Hill facility in Kent, Big Motoring World has continued to make an impact in 2019 with the acquisition of land in Peterborough, which lead to the opening of Big Motoring World’s National Preparation Centre in August and London Stratford location opening in September..

This year’s success is set to catapult Big Motoring World into 2020 with an exciting new location development in London, Enfield, along with several other undisclosed locations to follow.

Owner of Big Motoring World, Pete Waddell, commented:

‘We are thrilled to have been acknowledged in the Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 and would like to thank the hard work and dedication of our teams across the country in making this possible’.
