MHR International, the HR, payroll and analytics expert, has partnered with iSAMS, the leader in management systems for schools, to streamline HR processes for the education sector and save each user hundreds of admin hours.
MHR International has created a new interface between its own award-winning iTrent HR and payroll platform and iSAMS’ online school information management system.
This automates and aligns data across both systems and removes the need for time-consuming separate manual entry.
Employee sickness and absence for example, which has risen across the sector in 2020, will automatically update in the iSAMS timetabling module when entered into iTrent, achieving massive efficiency as well as total accuracy.
iSAMS and iTrent are leading solutions in the independent education sector. iSAMS is employed by more than 500 independent schools and iTrent is used directly by more than 300 education establishments.
Many schools have both systems, but with employees furloughed or working from home during the pandemic, the pressures on HR and payroll and the difficulties of remote access led to customer demand for greater integration between both platforms.
This prompted MHR and iSAMS to respond quickly with the new time-saving technology, which has been built within iTrent as part of MHR’s continual process of customer-led product development and innovation.
