Digital agency Organic today announces its inclusion in ‘The Top 50 companies in the South West’ as well as being named one of ‘The UK’s 100 Best Small Companies to work for’, awarded by the nationally recognised body Best Companies to Work For.
This announcement comes off the back of a good growth year for Organic and demonstrates the hard work the agency is putting into being a great employer, in line with their quest for ‘digital for good’. The lists aim to recognise those achieving excellence and inspire businesses into upholding a gold standard for their employees.
To achieve this accreditation, the agency had to conduct an employee questionnaire covering areas such as leadership, wellbeing, giving something back and personal growth – as standard. Organic also submitted details surrounding:
- How they supported and engaged the team throughout the pandemic
- Their focus on mental health and wellbeing
- The important role their ‘digital for good’ positioning plays in giving back to the community
- Staff training and development, diversity & inclusion, enhanced parental packages/benefits
The submission and survey responses were compared to other businesses and ranked to create The South West’s Top 50 Companies to work for, UK’s Marketing and Media Top 40 Agencies to work for, and UK’s Top 100 Small Companies to work for.
Ben Scoggins, CEO at Organic says: “Our team is everything at Organic. We really pride ourselves in creating a wonderful, supportive environment for the team – it’s not down to one individual, it’s a collective effort. Our ‘digital for good’ positioning filters through everything that we do and it’s fantastic to be recognised for all our efforts against such stiff competition across the South West and UK.”
