360 Resourcing reaches finals of TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards

360 Resourcing, a leading recruitment technology and candidate attraction solutions company, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards for Candidate Experience Solution of the Year. Only three finalists have been listed for this coveted award, which recognises the HR RecTech solution that has best enabled employers and recruiters to improve all aspects of the candidate journey.

360’s Talos software is being recognised at a unique time for recruitment. Covid-19 has transformed the work force and established an era of virtual hiring which has created new challenges for employers and recruiters. In response, 360 decided to invest in a new offering to facilitate the rise in remote recruitment to benefit both candidates and hiring managers alike. By April 2020, a new video interviewing feature was live on 360’s recruitment software system, Talos, creating career accessibility to those in existing employment, with mobility challenges, caregiving responsibilities and those shielding due to Covid-19.

Recruitment and onboarding is typically time consuming and costly, however Talos comes with a careers page and an onboarding microsite to provide an end-to-end hiring solution that future proofs the hiring process beyond Covid-19. Talos also offers one click apply, self-selective interview slots, flexible video interviewing, SMS interview reminders and free training and support, making it more than just a virtual recruitment platform.

Stephen Rundell, co-founder of 360 Resourcing comments: “We are honoured to have made it to the finals of the TIARA Awards. The line-up of talent is impressive, and we look forward to the winner being announced.”

He continues, “We have innovated the platform to not only enhance the candidate experience by facilitating the rise of remote interviewing and onboarding, but to actively promote equal opportunities and a fair hiring process. Employers using Talos can utilise anonymised hiring, and recorded interviews to include more decision makers in the hiring process to reduce unconscious bias. The combination of ease of use, inclusivity, flexibility, and information offered to candidates provides a resource saving opportunity to its users whilst opening the job pool to more candidates.”

To date, Talos has hosted 4,440 hours of remote interviews allowing jobseekers and hiring managers to meet safely during the pandemic and offer a high-quality candidate journey. The software has grown from a user-base of 14 Talos Pro clients in March 2017, to 243 Talos Pro clients in April 2021. As 360 continues its current growth trajectory the business endeavours to deliver 1:1 interview-to-hiring ratios, so that companies can hire the best talent to drive their own success.

The Talent Tech Star Awards highlights excellence, innovation, sustainable value, and growth in the HR Tech sector across 14 award categories. Winners will be announced at the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards Ceremony, taking place on Friday 16th July 2021 at The King’s Fund, Cavendish Square, London.
