Prestige car supermarket business Cartime, which operates from sites in Bury and Rochdale, has won an Extra Mile Award that recognises excellence in customer service and community support.
The award from MotoNovo Finance identifies and celebrates outstanding dealer partners that have gone above and beyond for their customers or community. Cartime was awarded with the Northern Partnership Award, and it follows the introduction of innovative new online services by the business, not only to adapt to the shift in consumer buying habits post Covid, but as part of its ongoing drive to provide customers with a great digital and in-person experience when buying a used car.
Cartime operates from three sites in the North West; its flagship operation on Bell Lane, a 4×4 Centre also in Bury and a showroom in Rochdale. It is one of the fastest growing independent used car dealerships in the region stocking more than 1,000 vehicles, from family saloons and 4x4s to high-performance sports models.
