Fragrance-led home and lifestyle brand, Fabulosa, has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of highly experienced leaders across operations, marketing, finance and technical.
Mike Pritchard joins the Fabulosa team as Operations Director, an accomplished commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience in retail, specialising in customer insights, supply chain planning, macro and micro space planning and retail EPOS systems.
Brand Manager, Lindsey Carroll has been brought on board to support the overall brand strategy and direction. Lindsey brings with her a wealth of marketing expertise and proven track record having previously worked with a number of well-known household retailers.
Supporting the team with NPD and helping to drive Fabulosa’s presence further in additional FMCG sectors is Technical Manager, Alexandra Healy. As a qualified chemist and with a strong background in product development for a number of large consumer brands, Alexandra will add invaluable experience to new innovations.
Chartered accountant Martin Webb, Fabulosa’s new Finance Director, joins the team with considerable experience following a career in finance spanning more than seventeen years to date. While working at a number of prestigious accounting practices, Martin has advised companies across a variety of sectors, from ambitious startups to more established businesses.
In further key developments, Joel Walker has been promoted from Factory Manager to Project Manager, leading strategic initiatives in line with company objectives.
Other major hires over the past year include the appointment of Adam Burnett as Group Marketing Director, who is now celebrating one year in the role.

It’s not only achieving more liquid volume share than all other liquid disinfectants brands, but with its unique prolific NPD drive, the business has recently overtaken Astonish as the UK’s number one privately-owned brand in the entire cleaning market, by volume and value. Fabulosa has supplied over 100 million units and launched more than 150 exciting fragrances since its launch in 2019, which are custom made by Fragrance Oils International who are owned by the world’s largest perfumery and fragrance specialist Givaudan based in Geneva. Fabulosa’s vast range includes Surface Care, Air Care, Laundry Care and Task Specific ranges including car care and garden care.
