Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing appoints Saba Haran as Employee Benefits Director to drive business growth in Scotland

Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing is expanding its business and has appointed Saba Haran as its first Employee Benefits Director in Scotland.

Saba brings over 27 years’ experience in the financial services sector, with the last 13 years spent in employee benefits, working with many FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.

 

Saba joins from Lockton where she was Vice President Head of Workplace Savings. Prior to this she worked for Capita Employee Solutions for four years, first as a Senior Reward & Strategy Consultant and latterly, Client Relationship Director. Before that she also spent nine years as Head of Scotland EB & Senior DC Consultant at Capita Employee Benefits. Other large organisations Saba has worked for include Scottish Widows, AXA, Aon and Deloitte UK.
