Mark joins from Mercer, where he spent over two decades in senior roles, including his most recent position as Markets Development Leader, responsible for driving collaboration across Health, Protection, and Pensions. Mark brings extensive experience to Howden to enhance professional standards and operational excellence.
In this new role, Mark will work across the employee benefits business to harmonise processes and promote consistency, ensuring all teams are aligned and equipped to deliver the highest levels of service to clients. His focus will be on enabling Howden to maintain its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction following a period of rapid growth and recent acquisitions, including Aston Lark.
