Incentive FM Scoops Presigious European Cleaning & Hygiene Award

Incentive FM are delighted to have taken home a coveted European Cleaning & Hygiene Award in the highly contested ‘Excellence in Client-Contractor Relationships’ category for its work at Beaumont Leys Shopping Centre in Leicester.

Leading service providers, manufacturers and distributors from Europe’s cleaning and hygiene sector came together to celebrate the very best of the industry. The event took place on 28th April at Hotel Le Plaza in Brussels.  After over two years away, the awards received an unprecedented number of entries, with the judges reviewing over 160 nominations. With 39 finalists across 10 categories, the winners were finally unveiled at the gala dinner event.

Incentive FM Creates Smiles and Breathes Kindness at Cribbs Causeway

Leading independent facilities management company, Incentive FM has won a new three year contract with CBRE at Cribbs Causeway, the premier shopping destination in the South West.

Incentive FM were originally appointed as the soft services facilities management provider at Cribbs Causeway in April 2017. Following a robust tender process during 2021, Incentive FM have successfully been appointed to provide cleaning, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, landscaping, security, and guest services through their team of 110 dedicated team members.

Cribbs Causeway, located on the outskirts of Bristol, consists of the Mall, The Venue and a Retail Park, with over 150 top name stores plus dining, leisure and entertainment providers and attracts an annual footfall of over 12 million.  Cribbs Causeway were looking for a facilities management company who would be able to offer a flexible multi service offering for their large, diverse site.

Incentive FM Lands another Retail Contract

Leading facilities management firm Incentive FM have been appointed to manage the facilities at The Howard Centre in Welwyn Garden City. The contract marks a series of wins in the retail sector for Incentive FM during 2020. Working across an area of 230,000 square feet, the 18-person Incentive FM team will deliver cleaning, security, high level cleaning, and washroom services.

The Howard centre, named after the founder of Welwyn Garden City Sir Ebenezer Howard, currently ranks 113th nationally out of 4,500 trading locations and provides retail space for 58 units all under one roof.

Carley Beck, Centre Manager, said: “It’s great to have a company as experienced as Incentive FM overseeing the facilities management here. We welcome 8 million visitors each year and we knew that to strengthen our customer experience, we had to align the facilities management. The pandemic has hit retail very hard, and how we manage our facilities with a one team ethos coupled with a partnership approach is paramount to the operation.”

The contract was mobilised during October and officially started on November 1st.

INCENTIVE FM LANDS FIVE SHOPPING CENTRE CONTRACTS

British Land, one of the largest property development and investment companies in the UK, has awarded Incentive FM three new shopping centre contracts and renewed a further two more contracts at sites across the UK.

Leading facilities management specialist Incentive FM has been awarded contracts to provide a range of soft facilities services for Ealing Broadway in London, Beaumont Shopping Centre in Leicester, and Crown Wharf Retail Park in Walsall. British Land has also renewed Incentive’s contracts to provide similar services at Whiteley Shopping Centre in Hampshire and the Old Market in Hereford.

Under the terms of the 3-year deal for each site, Incentive FM will be responsible for ensuring the centres are Secure, Safe, and Clean as well as providing world class customer services, front of house, and car park services. Over 110 staff will be mobilized across all five locations where the teams will be using the latest equipment, technology, and other systems coupled with best in class development training to develop and enhance the quality of service delivery.

Richard Nield, Head of Retail Operations at British Land, said: “The successful relationship we have built up with Incentive at Whiteley and Old Market Shopping Centres, along with other retail locations over the last three years made them an obvious choice to award three more contracts. They were undoubtedly our preferred partners of choice for this contract.”
