South Wales specialist finance recruitment consultancy Vargo Recruitment has expanded their team to meet growing demand for their services.
Former GoCompare Head of Talent Acquisition, Tom Miller, has now joined the company as Associate Director, where he will focus on recruiting for Executive and C-Suite positions, as well as other leadership and management positions.
Having built an internal recruitment function from scratch and delivering the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the publicly traded company, Tom is uniquely placed to understand client needs, and will be instrumental in developing the company’s strategy of moving towards a more holistic approach to talent attraction, including the ability to deliver a tailored employer branding and recruitment strategy for their clients.
Vargo was founded in 2016 by Chris Chugg, a consultant with more than ten years experience recruiting across a range of sectors and business sizes, from steadfast FTSE 100 companies to burgeoning SMEs. Welcoming Tom to the new role, Chris said Tom’s skill set would help the company add value to their specialist client sector:
