LAB Group appoints Kane Daniel Ricca as Group Marketing Director

LAB Group appoints Kane Daniel Ricca as Group Marketing Director. Kane previously held positions as Managing Partner at K&K Ventures, in which he remains a shareholder. Pre this, Kane exited his own agency after eight years, working on accounts such as Qatar Airways, Harrods, Coca-Cola and Formula 1.

In this newly created role, Kane will spearhead and coordinate the global communications strategy promoting LAB Group and its agency brands through outbound brand marketing, paid acquisition, PR, partnerships and events.

Kane will report directly to Group Managing Director, Harpreet Bushell and will soon be onboarding further hires to build out the marketing team. On Kane’s appointment, Harpreet said, “We had a huge challenge in finding someone for this role that could inject as much passion and enthusiasm into LAB’s external brand and communications as we put into our client work. Kane is the perfect mix of a creative, curious, passionate and entrepreneurial spirit to showcase the LAB Group brand and its breadth of specialist agencies in the way that they deserve.”
