Ciphr rebrand puts HR ‘front and centre’

Ciphr has unveiled a new brand identity and vision today, designed to showcase the importance and value of HR and people teams to UK businesses.

The all-encompassing rebrand puts people management professionals at the centre of its transformative new look and narrative, and positions Ciphr as their go-to HR software and solutions partner.

Ciphr’s vibrant new colour palette, logo, website and content may seem like a seismic shift in market direction – but it’s not. It’s simply more representative of the people-centric brand and employee-centric company that it’s always been. And it’s purposefully more reflective of, and aligned to, its customer base – the people who use, and rely on, Ciphr’s integrated HR, payroll, learning and recruitment software and services.

The use of eye-catching visuals and impactful copy that resonates with the HR community adds more warmth and personality to the brand. It’s immediately more memorable, more human, and full of characterful flourishes that emphasise Ciphr’s people-first approach and HR expertise.

Chris Boddice, who joined Ciphr as chief marketing officer last year, says: “I always thought that our brand didn’t really express the lived experience of working in, and with, Ciphr.

“There’s a fantastic level of energy, enthusiasm and expertise here at Ciphr. It comes through when I talk to our people, and I see it every time I join customer calls. We have a deep understanding of the problems that HR teams face – and the experience and passion to help fix them. That’s something that hasn’t been talked about enough, until now.

“I wanted to change that. So the market can truly see who we are and what we are capable of. This rebrand has certainly done that; it captures the essence of who we are and what we can do for UK organisations.”

At the heart of Ciphr’s rebrand is its new brand vision – to amplify the voice and value of HR. HR teams are often undervalued by their organisations, and research shows that HR’s pivotal role in delivering business success can go unrecognised or be misperceived. That shouldn’t be the norm, though, and it doesn’t make good business sense, explains Ciphr’s CEO Sion Lewis.

“Ciphr is on a mission to make sure HR’s voice is heard. The impact of HR decision-makers has never been more important to UK businesses. So why leave your HR team – the people who know your workforce better than anyone – on the sideline when they should be front and centre?

“With the right data and the right tools, our customers can identify talent, trends and opportunities that reveal the hidden value of their people. This is gold dust for HR leaders who want to have influence in the boardroom. Our HR software provides invaluable insights that can inform business strategy. We provide the means to automate and streamline processes so HR teams can focus on developing their people. Because, let’s face it, if you want your business to grow and succeed, you’ve got to look after your biggest asset – your people.”

Here for the people who are here for the people

Ciphr worked with Airborne Studio on the rebranding, which also included the design and build of the new Ciphr website. The design agency conducted extensive interviews and workshops with Ciphr employees – many of whom have a background in HR, L&D and payroll themselves – to inform the new look and brand positioning.

The comprehensive changes include the introduction of a brighter range of colours, such as cool blue, mint green and mauve pink, and a softer, more ‘approachable’, flat logo design that works across the primary palette. There’s also contrasting typography, combining the Söhne Leicht and GT Super Text fonts in headlines to great effect. Illustrative flourishes highlight key ideas and photography, and a range of bespoke ‘doodles’ from Mr Woody Woods, a Manchester-based illustrator, add personality throughout.

Luke Kelly, founder and creative director of Airborne Studio, says: “It was clear from the outset of this project that Ciphr’s employees are ‘people people’. It’s not just a software or a consultancy business. Ciphr understands the importance of people and the importance of HR to a successful organisation, and cares deeply about helping others benefit from recognising that value. They champion HR and empower their customers to do the same within their organisations.

“The new branding and website reflect this – mirroring the warmth and humanity that exists across Ciphr – and crystallising their exciting vision into the powerful new ‘Amplify HR’ brand positioning.

“The Ciphr team has been a delight to work with and we’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved together.”

Ciphr is the go-to HR software and solutions partner for medium and large organisations in the UK. Its integrated HR, payroll, learning and recruitment software, services and content provide invaluable insights to HR teams to inform their people strategy and grow and develop their organisations. Based in Reading, and backed by ECI Partners, Ciphr is on a mission to amplify the voice and value of HR through intelligent people data solutions that help HR be heard – in the boardroom and across the business.

How a Digital Transformation Encourages Business Growth in the Financial Services Industry

In an industry dependent on efficient data management and user-friendly interfaces, the financial industry should prioritise digital transformation. Technology, systems, and software that were effective a decade ago are no longer able to support the demands that online transactions require.

And with only one-fifth of IT budgets allocated to digitalisation, with no dedicated digital transformation budget, most financial organisations won’t have the right level of investment to see a real difference.

Chris Weston, CDIO at Jumar, says: “Focusing on your technology and systems and partnering with a trusted end-to-end provider could speed up processes, giving more time for your staff to do what they love, and even encourage skilled jobseekers.

In a sector where data protection is essential, ensuring you aren’t spending time fixing problems caused by inadequate systems is important. Undergoing a digital transformation can improve operations to align with your business needs, ensuring your customers and clients aren’t being left wanting. For financial organisations, digital transformation is no longer merely an option , but a necessity, especially if you want to keep up with industry standards and your competition.”

Human-centric approaches

Business growth cannot happen in the financial sector if the infrastructure isn’t in place to support users. By focusing on developing your technology and systems, you can enhance the accessibility of your financial services  and more effectively appeal to the general public. Attracting a wider audience is essential for business growth as it can encourage them away from your competitors, giving you the edge.

Adopting a human-centric approach is essential for banking as financial services rely heavily on user input and interaction. Through a digital transformation, you can adopt a more human-centric approach, making your websites, systems, and processes more user-friendly.

The digital divide is a real issue which affects many across the UK. Digital exclusion is inextricably linked to broader societal inequalities; isolating those on lower incomes or limited technological access might mean excluding the very customers you’re seeking to assist.

It is crucial to modernise your systems so that they are user-friendly, including improving accessibility, creating a user interface that is easily navigable, and making sure there is adequate information and educational resources for users to readily access your services.

Chris says: “A digital transformation isn’t simply about upgrading your technology, but it can be a great tool to open accessibility to your services and products. By investing in a digital transformation with a human-centric approach, you can ensure that your user interfaces are accessible to your customers, resources are available to educate new customers, and even draw customers away from competitors with overly complex systems. The financial sector relies heavily on your customer involvement, so your technology should work for a wide audience.”

Personalisation

Chris continues: “Another way the financial sector can open itself up through digital transformation is by providing personalised messaging. Given its customer-centric nature, it is important that you’re able to communicate efficiently with diverse audiences. This involves ensuring the availability of pertinent information for various people.”

With the advancements of technologies such as AI, the potential for tailoring your messaging and resources to cater to each audience you engage with is much improved. Whether you’re reaching out to marginalised groups, people with disabilities, or low-income families, it is important you’re making your content and resources as accessible as possible.

AI can be pivotal in collecting and processing data, including demographics, socioeconomic factors, and user preferences, to create a personalised user experience. This can also be maintained and refined as the users engage with your platform, providing essential information and tailored service recommendations.

Automating manual processes

One problem which might be holding your business back from growing is the time spent on manual processes that have the potential to be automated. By manually performing these tasks, your staff have less time to provide vital financial aid, advice, or services, potentially resulting in prolonged waiting times, or even lost or delayed transactions.

The efficient delivery of services is essential and so ensuring your technology isn’t preventing you from providing to your customers is key.

Chris says: “A digital transformation isn’t only about improving your customer’s experiences through more accessible resources, but it also ensures your staff have more time to assist with queries and provide their services. By implementing AI to perform manual administrative tasks, productivity can be improved and delays can be reduced. In an industry where fast transactions are paramount, ensuring that your users receive the services they need can help customer loyalty and prevent them from moving to a faster, more efficient, competitor.”

Data protection

Not only should your service offerings be designed with a customer-centric approach, but you can expect the data you collect to be key indicators for understanding your customers – giving you an insight into their needs, requirements, and even trends in financial gain or debt. Ensuring your system infrastructure is developed to manage sensitive information securely, and to visualise the data with your customer’s needs in mind, can enable you to make evidence-based decisions about the services you offer.

Automated processes can lead to fewer errors. Human error is a considerable challenge for many organisations, and when it comes to financial services, it could mean violating your customer’s privacy if the integrity and safety of your data aren’t properly maintained.  Ensuring you’re updating legacy systems can assist in keeping your customers’ data secure and accurate. This also improves your ability to analyse and visualise data, meaning that you can target prospective customers from trends identified in your historical data.

Chris says: “A benefit of digital transformation is the ability to conduct insightful data analysis . Through your data, you can identify high-risk areas susceptible to debt or delayed payments. You can also identify affluent audience segments for targeted marketing and personalised service offerings to attract new customers to your business.”

Attract jobseekers

The financial sector requires high-skilled recruits, but finding candidates that fit the requirements can be a struggle. From fluctuating vacancies to increased workload pressure, retaining and attaining staff, and attracting job seekers with the right technological experience, is important for the best outcomes for your services.

Not only can a poor digital profile make it more difficult for established workers to perform their jobs, but it can also be off-putting for a younger workforce to join. Skilled talent acquisition can be achieved through a digital transformation as workers require high-performing technology to prevent delays in their work. Making sure your organisation removes inefficient systems and provides accessible hardware and software is crucial.

Chris continues: “Bringing in new highly skilled workers requires having the right systems in place. No skilled worker wants to come into a workplace notorious for difficult system handling. Growing your business requires a strong workforce who are supported by systems and processes which work well for them. Ensuring you have the right digital infrastructure to support your employees is key to seeing the great work they can do without disruption.”

The financial sector relies on technology now more than ever, with faster transactions and cashless payment solutions becoming main methods of payment. But if your digital infrastructure is inaccessible to your customers and staff, you will experience a breakdown in the services you can provide. By modernising your systems and technologies, you will be better able to offer tailored services, reach the right audiences, and secure data effectively – helping to grow your business and achieve a competitive edge.

Jobs saved as eco-friendly packaging manufacturer is sold in pre-pack deal

A company which manufactures eco-friendly packaging for takeaway food items as well as wooden cutlery, paper straws and cups has been bought out of administration, saving the jobs of its 14 staff.

Steven Wiseglass, a director at Manchester-based Inquesta Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, was appointed administrator of Eco Packaging Products Ltd on Thursday, February 15.

Following his appointment, Mr Wiseglass completed the pre-pack sale of the business to EP2 Packaging Ltd.

Eco Packaging Products was founded in February 2020 and operated from a 25,000sq ft facility in Little Hulton, Salford. The premises are accredited with grade A status by the British Retail Consortium. EP2 Packaging is operating from the same premises.

The company supplies wholesalers with a range of corrugated cardboard and solid board takeaway food boxes which are free of plastic, responsibly sourced and biodegradable. They are used for snacks and meals as well as cakes and baked goods, pizzas, burgers and chips.

Its wooden cutlery is produced from ethically sourced birchwood and all items are recyclable, biodegradable and compostable, as are its paper straws and cups.

Mr Wiseglass said: “Eco Packaging Products showed great potential and spent a lot of money on research and development, but unfortunately business did not go quite the way its owners wanted.

“We are pleased that the business has been sold and that the jobs of its employees have been safeguarded, and hope it flourishes under its new ownership.”

Nim’s ‘zero food waste’ success triggers new product launches

Achieving ‘zero food waste’ has helped a specialist manufacturer of air-dried fruit and vegetable crisps launch new products and enjoy a near 20% boost in turnover.

Nim’s uses over 600 tonnes of fresh produce every year and 95% of that is classed as rescued or wonky and wouldn’t be sold on the shelves of supermarkets across the country. The Sittingbourne-based company, which employs 18 people, has developed a process that means all this fruit and veg is used in its range of crisps, drinks, garnishes, and edible teas.

Investing £30,000 into a new machine to offer bespoke formats, including fruit and vegetable powders, has also unlocked a host of new ingredients and garnishes.

This covers apples, pineapples, pears, watermelons, and all citrus fruits and can be used to flavour alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the point of manufacture, as well as used in bars, pubs, and hotels at the point of making/serving cocktails.

They are also incorporated into baking and cake decorations and by restaurants when garnishing dishes.

Nimisha Raja MBE, founder of Nim’s, commented: “Achieving ‘zero food waste’ is a big task for a small producer, but it was something we have been committed to since we launched and now proudly boast that all the fruit and vegetables, including the skin and core we buy and process, is used in a meaningful way.

“0.03% is unfit for human consumption, but we even have an answer for that with it being successfully sent to an anaerobic waste treatment plant and returned to us in the form of energy.”

She continued: “This isn’t marketing rhetoric either. Our commitment to transparency and compliance has meant scrutiny through rigorous auditing bodies, such as BRCG, Sedex and SMETA, as well as customers such as Pret A Manger, The Azzurri Group, Marks & Spencer and Holland & Barrett all holding us to account.

“We did this for sustainable reasons. However, we quickly found that with the right machine we could create smaller ingredients that we are now selling online or direct to trade.”

Nim’s, which recently secured Sustainability and ESG Awards in the Insider Made in the South East and Kent Business Awards, is now going a step further by approaching growers and distributors of fresh produce with a view to buying their excess fruit and vegetables.

The company’s sustainability efforts have already seen it create edible teas and pet food, with one of its most popular ranges being apple cores for horse treats.

These partnerships with suppliers, and the addition of ingredients, provides the platform for the firm to penetrate different sectors, with really encouraging feedback from buyers.

Nimisha went on to add: “It’s really rewarding to know that our suppliers appreciate the opportunity to declare their own reduction in food waste by proving they are using a ‘zero food waste’ supplier. In turn, this counts towards sustainability efforts and how they are combatting food waste across their supply chai

“All our products are made using only 100% fruit and are the most natural, flavoursome, and sustainable ingredients available.

“With no artificial colouring, flavouring and preservatives, or indeed any other additives, they help consumers and manufacturers to offset the use of ultra-processed ingredients. They are also 100% allergen free and certified Vegan, delivering universal appeal.”

She concluded: “Early adopters in the manufacturing sector have been a gin distiller for our citrus peel to flavour its gin, as well as ice cream, yoghurt and porridge brands using our powders (apple, pear, pineapple, lemon, orange) to add natural and sustainable flavours to their products.”

General Manager at Landmark Manchester Pub Toasts a Decade of Success

The general manager of a landmark Manchester city centre pub and boutique hotel is marking a decade in the job.

Alex Allan, who was appointed as manager of the Abel Heywood in December 2014, has helped establish the Hydes brewery-owned pub as one of the star attractions of Manchester’s famous Northern Quarter and secure its reputation as one of the city centre’s firm favourite places to stay.

Salford-based Hydes appointed Alex to head up the team at The Abel Heywood after it originally acquired the premises in 2014 as an almost derelict, fire-damaged former textile warehouse and invested millions transforming it into the eye-catching landmark building that it is today. The Abel Heywood opened in the Northern Quarter in 2015.

Alex, who has worked for Hydes for 14 years having run a previous establishment in the city, was responsible for originally ‘scouting’ the rundown building on Turner Street and bringing it to the attention of the management team, who were looking for suitable pub premises to acquire and invest in.

The past decade has seen the Abel Heywood go from strength to strength, becoming one of the first premium dining pubs to provide boutique hotel accommodation in Manchester. Since opening, the city has witnessed the launch of more than 25 new hotels yet the Abel Heywood has held its position in Trip Advisor’s top 10 since day one, with 2,675 approved reviews, the most of any hotel in the current list.

After 10 years as an iconic destination in the Northern Quarter, the Abel Heywood is about to receive a £200k makeover. The pub closed on 25th February for a full interior refurbishment including new booth seating, modernisation of all existing Victorian-style decor, new external signage, lighting, and a revitalisation of the bar areas. It re-opens to the public on 9th March.

The on-site boutique hotel which consistently has a 99% occupancy rate, will remain open throughout the renovations, with plans to refurbish the hotel at a later date.

Housekeeper, Jackie Gardner, has also been at the Abel Heywood since the day it opened, further adding to the overall appeal of the characterful 15 room boutique hotel.

Alex Allan said: “I’ve put my heart and soul into The Abel Heywood and loved every single minute of the journey so far. I’ve navigated some challenging periods such as Covid and the subsequent lockdowns, plus the ongoing cost of living crisis, but it remains a hugely popular venue for drinkers in the city centre alongside day trippers and visitors to Manchester who want somewhere quirky yet cool to stay overnight.

“I’m immensely proud that the Abel Heywood has become such an integral part of what the Northern Quarter is all about. It’s great for the local economy and brings in lots of business to this part of the city. Hydes have been great to work with throughout, backing me and the team to give the Abel Heywood an unmistakable identity all of its own, yet it’s still very much a Hydes pub with quality ales and food available every day. We’re very much looking forward to the makeover to give it the subtle refinements and modernisation that it deserves.”

The Abel Heywood is no stranger to life in the limelight. It was used as a pub backdrop in the hit nineties BBC television series ‘Cutting It’, has appeared on numerous programmes since and counts celebrities such as Christopher Eccleston, Shaun Ryder, Dave Spikey and the Courteeners amongst its list of famous patrons. The upstairs bar is occasionally used as a green room for nearby filming productions and has welcomed stars including Alison Steadman and Robson Green.

Managing director of Hydes Brewery, Adam Mayers said: “Alex is a first-rate manager and has done an outstanding job at The Abel Heywood. His energy and commitment is second to none, and we completely support his vision and direction. The passionate and committed team will ensure continued success when it reopens post-refurbishment.”

The refurbishment of the Abel Heywood is part of an ongoing multi-million-pound investment programme across the Hydes’ estate. Over the last few years, Hydes has invested over £10m in pubs across its estate including its first acquisition in five years, and it intends to continue this investment throughout 2024.

Adam Mayers continued: “We’re happy for such an iconic building to receive a major refresh, yet fully retain all the character and history it is renowned for, which is very important to us and our customers. And in the capable hands of Alex and his outstanding team, we look forward to the Abel Heywood re-opening its doors and continuing to be one of the most well-loved and talked about destination pubs in the city centre.”

Hydes, with its brewery in Media City, Salford, was formed in 1863 and supplies beers to wholesalers, pub companies and other brewers throughout the UK and a pub retailing estate of nearly 50 pubs across the North West of England and North Wales.

Transforming Waste into Energy: A Sustainable Path Forward

In a world of climate change and energy scarcity, the innovative conversion of waste into energy stands out as a promising solution. The various technologies and trends in waste-to-energy (WTE) conversion, shedding light on how these advancements can pave the way for a more sustainable and energy-efficient future is what are interested in. The study has been concluded by topwasters.co.uk– London rubbish removal company, which makes researches about the importance of the proper waste management in the UK.

The Urgency of Waste Management:

As global populations continue to burgeon, so does the volume of waste generated. Traditional waste disposal methods, such as landfilling and incineration, contribute significantly to environmental degradation and the release of harmful greenhouse gases. Confronting this crisis requires a paradigm shift towards more sustainable waste management practices, and one key aspect of this shift is the conversion of waste into energy.

  •             Incineration and Energy Recovery:
  •             Incineration has long been a method for waste disposal, but modern waste-to-energy facilities have transformed this practice into a more environmentally friendly process. In traditional incineration, waste is burned at high temperatures, producing heat and steam. The latest trends in incineration focus on energy recovery, where the heat generated is harnessed to produce electricity or to heat nearby buildings.
Advanced incineration technologies utilise combustion processes with strict emission controls, minimising the release of pollutants into the atmosphere. The recovered energy can be integrated into local power grids, providing a sustainable source of electricity for communities.
  •             Anaerobic Digestion:
  •             Anaerobic digestion is a biological process that decomposes organic waste in the absence of oxygen, producing biogas as a byproduct. This method is particularly effective for managing organic waste, including food scraps and agricultural residues.
In the latest trends, anaerobic digestion technologies are being scaled up to handle larger volumes of waste. Biogas, primarily composed of methane, can be utilised as a renewable energy source for electricity generation or as a clean fuel for heating and transportation. This not only addresses the issue of organic waste but also contributes to reducing reliance on fossil fuels.
  •             Pyrolysis and Gasification:
  •             Pyrolysis and gasification are thermal processes that convert solid waste into a syngas, which can be used for electricity generation or as a precursor for biofuels and other valuable chemicals. Unlike traditional incineration, these methods operate in controlled environments with limited oxygen, reducing the formation of harmful byproducts.
The latest trends in pyrolysis and gasification focus on optimising efficiency and enhancing the versatility of the end products. Innovations in reactor design and feedstock flexibility make these technologies adaptable to various types of waste, including plastics and non-recyclable materials. Additionally, the syngas produced can be further processed to extract valuable components, contributing to a circular economy.
  •             Plasma Gasification:
  •             Plasma gasification is an advanced waste-to-energy technology that employs extremely high temperatures generated by plasma arcs to break down waste into its elemental components. This process results in the production of syngas, similar to pyrolysis and gasification, but with even fewer emissions.
The latest trends in plasma gasification involve improvements in plasma torch technology and reactor design. These advancements enhance the efficiency of the process and increase the range of waste types that can be effectively treated. Plasma gasification offers a potential solution for handling hazardous waste streams, converting them into energy while making environmental impact at minimum.
  •             Integrated Waste Management Systems:
  •             A holistic approach to waste-to-energy involves integrated waste management systems that combine various technologies to make it efficiency and sustainability. These systems often incorporate recycling, composting, and energy recovery in a coordinated fashion.
The latest trends in integrated waste management systems leverage digital technologies and automation to optimise the sorting and processing of different waste streams. Smart sensors, robotics, and artificial intelligence enable precise sorting, ensuring that materials are directed to the most suitable treatment method, whether it be recycling, energy recovery, or composting.

The Future Landscape of Waste-to-Energy:

As the world grapples with the pressing need for sustainable energy solutions, waste-to-energy technologies are expected to play an increasingly vital role. The latest trends suggest a shift towards more decentralised and community-based systems, reducing the need for extensive transportation of waste and minimising the environmental impact.

  •             Decentralised Waste-to-Energy Facilities:
  •             Waste-to-energy facilities are gaining traction as a sustainable alternative to large centralised plants. These smaller-scale facilities can be strategically located in close proximity to waste sources, reducing the carbon footprint associated with transportation.
The decentralisation trend aligns with the broader movement towards distributed energy systems. Communities can benefit from locally generated energy, fostering resilience and reducing dependence on power grids. The facilities also offer more flexibility in adapting to the specific waste composition of a region.
  •             Community Engagement and Acceptance:
  •             Successful implementation of waste-to-energy projects relies on community acceptance and active engagement. The latest trends emphasise transparent communication and collaboration with local communities to address concerns related to environmental impacts, emissions, and potential health risks.
Community-based waste-to-energy initiatives involve stakeholders in the decision-making process, ensuring that projects align with the needs and values of the residents. This participatory approach fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of waste-to-energy programs.
  •             Technological Integration and Innovation:
  •             Continued innovation in waste-to-energy technologies is essential for efficiency, reducing costs, and expanding the range of treatable waste streams. The integration of emerging technologies, such as blockchain for transparent waste tracking and advanced sensors for real-time monitoring, enhances the overall effectiveness of waste-to-energy systems.
Research and development efforts focus on improving the economics of waste-to-energy, making it a more competitive and viable solution compared to traditional waste disposal methods. Technological advancements also address challenges related to emissions control, ensuring that the environmental benefits of waste-to-energy are maximised.

Government Support and Policies:

Governments play a crucial role in shaping the landscape of waste-to-energy through supportive policies, regulations, and financial incentives. The importance of sustainable waste management, many governments around the world are implementing measures to encourage the adoption of waste-to-energy technologies.

  •             Renewable Energy Credits and Incentives:
  •             Governments often provide renewable energy credits and financial incentives to waste-to-energy projects, positioning them as contributors to national renewable energy targets. These incentives can include tax credits, grants, and subsidies to offset the initial capital investment and operational costs.
  •             Emission Standards and Regulation:
  •             Stringent emission standards and regulations ensure that waste-to-energy facilities adhere to environmental guidelines. Governments set limits on pollutants such as sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and particulate matter, promoting the use of advanced technologies to emissions less.
  •             Waste Diversion Targets:
  •             Many governments set waste diversion targets, aiming to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills. Waste-to-energy projects contribute to these targets by diverting significant portions of municipal solid waste from traditional disposal methods.
  •             Public-Private Partnerships:
  •             Governments may facilitate public-private partnerships to develop and operate waste-to-energy projects. These collaborations leverage the strengths of both sectors, combining governmental oversight and regulatory frameworks with private sector efficiency and innovation.

The transformative potential of converting waste into energy is absolutely important of sustainable waste management and renewable energy production. The latest trends in waste-to-energy technologies reflect a commitment to efficiency, environmental responsibility, and community engagement.

Luxury Property Dubai: Peculiarities

Without a doubt, Dubai implies an ultra-modern city, which is mainly famous for its endless sandy beaches, beautiful hotels, luxury cars and, of course, tall skyscrapers. All these features attract travellers from all over the world. It comes as no secret that such projects are carried out by top developers companies in Dubai.

At the same time, many buyers of real estate do not even imagine that they are the owners of housing designed by the same companies that once built the luxurious Atlantis The Palm hotel, the majestic Burj Khalifa skyscraper or the grandiose structure of the Dubai Opera.

Why Do You Need a Realtor?

The fact is that the UAE real estate market is transparent, information about objects is posted online, and plenty of transactions are concluded remotely. However, if you refuse the services of a broker, you will not only not benefit in price, but, most likely, you will lose access to the best offers. In addition, if difficulties arise, you will have to deal with them yourself.

It is important that developers pay realtors a percentage of each transaction concluded on the primary market. Top brokers are in a special position with developers, as they provide them with regular transactions. So, agents are invited to closed sales at the start of projects, where the best prices and an excellent assortment are available. In this situation, having refused the services of a realtor, you will be forced to act alone and choose from what remains unclaimed by clients of top brokers, if anything at all.
